Dignity and Respect
All members of staff at Humberside LMCs are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. This means freedom from abuse and harassment, feeling safe and supported, and having access to redress if such behaviour does arise. We have a zero tolerance policy for all forms of abuse and harassment, including sexual harassment, and will take swift action to deal with any instances of such behaviour.
