Or feel like your current system is lacking in some way?
This is a bite sized workshop for anyone who wants to set up an effective appraisal system at work, or feels their current system is lacking in some way.
We look at the purpose of appraisal, boundaries, scope and style, and consider the pros and cons of various forms. We look at GP, nurse and non-clinician appraisal, how to reflect and how to demonstrate quality improvement in appraisal documentation.
You will come away with a 3-point action plan based upon your (and your organisation’s) development needs in this area.
The course will be run via zoom – a joining link will be shared with you a few days before the event. We provide interactive sessions with between 3 and 12 delegates allowing opportunity for small group discussions.
North Yorkshire & Humber practice staff will now be required to pay a course fee which has been subsidised by GPMplus. These places are limited and are only eligible to be booked by staff working in an NHS practice, within Humber and North Yorkshire ICB.
