Coaching & Mentoring

RCGP Coaching 

For any member of the practice team including clinical and non-clinical staff. The service is provided by a specially trained cohort of practice support advisers and trainers who are all highly experienced primary care professionals and includes: GPs, practice nurses, practice managers and pharmacists.

GPMplus General Practice Mentoring 

GPMplus provide a mentoring service for GPs, PMs, Nurses, and other practice staff with leadership or decision making responsibilities. All mentors have experience of working in frontline general practice themselves as GPs, practice managers or nurses. Charges apply; see the website for details.

GPMplus is the trading name of LMC Services Yorkshire CIC, which delivers a range of wellbeing support services to primary care colleagues and teams.

Aims to help NHS General Practitioners (and their dependent family) who find themselves in dire financial straits, be they a GP Trainee, a registered GP, or retired.

The Royal Medical Benevolent Fund

Help for doctors and their families in need.

The RMBF has a free online wellbeing platform – RMBF Rightsteps – which includes a range of topics, from bite-sized chunks designed to fit around a busy schedule, to more in-depth self-guided CBT-based wellbeing sessions. You can find the Rightsteps platform at www.rightsteps.co.uk/customers/rmbf.
