This report, Racism and Discrimination – the experience of primary care professionals in the Humberside region, was published by the LMC in 2021 and is based on a survey of clinical staff, managers and administrators working in general practice in the Humber region. 238 people responded to the survey, the highest response rate for any consultation we have ever conducted. The responses highlighted respondents’ experiences of discrimination in areas including training, working patterns, and complaints.
