Coaching & Mentoring
RCGP Coaching
For any member of the practice team including clinical and non-clinical staff. The service is provided by a specially trained cohort of practice support advisers and trainers who are all highly experienced primary care professionals and includes: GPs, practice nurses, practice managers and pharmacists.
GPM Plus General Practice Mentoring
GPMplus provide a mentoring service for GPs, PMs, Nurses, and other practice staff with leadership or decision making responsibilities. All mentors have experience of working in frontline general practice themselves as GPs, practice managers or nurses. Charges apply; see the website for details.
GPMplus is the trading name of LMC Services Yorkshire CIC, which delivers a range of wellbeing support services to primary care colleagues and teams.

Freedom to Speak Up
Humberside LMCs offers a Freedom to Speak Up Guardian Service across primary care in our four CCG areas. You can raise a concern about any risk, malpractice or wrongdoing you think is harming the service you deliver in primary care. Together
Support for anyone bereaved by suicide from Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and North East Lincolnshire Mind. The service offers emotional support, practical support, or just someone to listen, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
