Humberside LMCs EDI Learning

Welcome to our EDI training modules which are available free of charge to all general practice staff in the Humber and North Yorkshire area. There are 4 training modules which are designed to support frontline staff in learning about discrimination, allyship and conflict resolution in a different way. The modules were made using generative AI to make the training as cost effective as possible, and the scenarios depicted are based on real situations and were designed by local colleagues with lived experience.

Funding for the modules was provided by Humber and North Yorkshire ICB following the far-right riots in summer 2024. The modules are designed to replace the EDI e-learning modules on other platforms but can of course be done in addition to these. To make the offer as cost-effective as possible and keep it free to use, we cannot provide a certificate of completion, as this requires extra functionality. We hope this won’t be a barrier.
