This session is aimed at NHS professionals (including community GP and pharmacy settings).
This 90-minute session aims to increase awareness of SUDEP and good practice and key learnings from epilepsy deaths. The course will focus on practical evidence-based solutions (including a digital check) that can be an aid to support busy staff, families, and people with epilepsy. Supporting shared decision making for people exposed to risks that can be mitigated including anti-seizure medicines management and decisions on Valproate.
The course is brought to you by SUDEP Action’s education team commissioned by and working with South Yorkshire ICB.
