Operations and Patient Experience Manager
Eastgate Medical Group is a well-established practice based in Hornsea, with additional sites in Aldbrough (branch surgery) and Hull (Hastings Medical Centre). As part of the Yorkshire Coast and Wolds PCN in East Yorkshire and Symphonie PCN LTD in Hull, we are a progressive organisation committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Our team is led by nine GP Partners and supported by a skilled multidisciplinary workforce, including Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Long Term Conditions Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants. Our clinical staff are complemented by an experienced and dedicated non-clinical team of Care Navigators, Dispensers, and Administrators.
We are proud to be a training practice, working in partnership with the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery, Hull York Medical School, and the University of Hull to support the development of GP Registrars, medical students, and student nurses.

Experience of managing rotas, workload planning and staffing cover.
Experience of improving administrative systems and processes.
