This course will assist in reviewing and prioritising strategies for issues inside our control and contingency measures for those outside our control.

This course is aimed at those who are involved it the future planning within their practice. This can be GP partners, practice managers, finance managers or salaried GPs with an interest in developing their skills for future partnership.
