Course format:

The course will be run via Zoom – a joining link will be shared with you a few days before the event.  Please therefore ensure you can log in using your own device (rather than sharing devices with colleagues) with sound and video.

Course summary:

Stress in general practice has never been higher and this can lead to communication and team culture challenges. ‘Having deeper conversations’ aims to improve communication and understanding of each other, within a practice team. The course teaches simple coaching techniques to help improve team working, communication and culture.

Humber practice staff will now be required to pay a course fee which has been subsidised by GPMplus. These places are limited and are only eligible to be booked by staff working in an NHS practice, within Humber and North Yorkshire ICB.
