All members of the practice team. Attendees are strongly recommended to attend the flagship course: Neurodiversity – Inclusivity in the Workplace before attending this course.

Course summary:

This course will give you the tools and skills to have empathetic and productive conversations with your team about how reasonable adjustments can benefit people who may be neurodivergent. We shall signpost you to some of the legal information and hopefully reduce the fear around having these conversations. The benefits and skills learnt will apply to your entire team and showcase how neurodiversity can add to your workplace.

Humber practice staff will now be required to pay a course fee which has been subsidised by GPMplus. These places are limited and are only eligible to be booked by staff working in an NHS practice, within Humber and North Yorkshire ICB.
