A unique insight into how gaining a real understanding of neurodiversity can benefit the whole of the workforce. You will learn about differences in the context of neurodiversity and think about strengths and challenges people have. Hopefully you will be inspired to think about how your workplace can be more neuro-inclusive.

Course objectives:

• Learn about brain differences in the context of neurodiversity and neurodivergence/neuro-minorities
• To recognise and accept that we all have different types of brains – each with a unique set of strengths and challenges
• To inspire you to think about how you could achieve a more neuro-inclusive work environment

This course is for all general practice and primary care staff

The course will be run via zoom – a joining link will be shared with you a few days before the event.
