Job summary:
We are looking for two part-time Care Navigators/Receptionists to join our busy and friendly team, providing a high quality service to patients, doctors and other members of the Primary Healthcare Team. Working 20 hours per week across our sites at Hessle, Brough and South Cave, Bubwith and Holme on Spalding Moor (HOSM).
1 x Care Navigator at 20hrs per week – mainly at HOSM & Bubwith, must be willing to work at any of our sites.

Candidates should be experienced in delivering excellent reception support, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential along with the flexibility to cover for annual/sick leave. Knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage.
You will have experience of working with the public, have a cheerful and polite manner, be able to multi-task and be a good team player. You must be able to contribute to the maintenance of patient confidentiality at all times, inside and outside the Practice.
Main duties of the job:
You will need to be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; especially under pressure. You will have a range of patient facing and administrative tasks, so excellent organisational skills and time management are critical. A caring, empathetic character is essential.
Your duties will include answering telephone calls, registering patients and general admin within the Practice. It is very important to have a ‘can do’ attitude. It is also important to be flexible and able cover shifts when required.
