Humberside LMCs has launched a series of new EDI training modules which are available free of charge to all general practice staff in the Humber and North Yorkshire area. There are 4 training modules which are designed to support frontline staff in learning about:
- equality, diversity and inclusion
- microaggression
- allyship
- conflict resolution
Funding for the modules was provided by Humber and North Yorkshire ICB following the far-right riots in summer 2024. The modules are designed to replace the EDI e-learning modules on other platforms but can of course be done in addition to these.
